The official draw for the Men's Olympic Basketball Tournament Paris 2024 took place today at the Patrick Baumann House of Basketball, with defending champions USA drawn into a tough Group A alongside Serbia and debutants South Sudan.

Group B will feature a rematch of the 2020 gold medal game between Spain and Argentina, with Australia and Lithuania also in the mix. Group C includes France, Germany, Italy, and Puerto Rico, while Group D is comprised of Greece, Canada, Slovenia, and the Dominican Republic.

The tournament will take place from July 26 to August 11, 2024, at the Accor Arena in Paris. The top two teams from each group will advance to the quarterfinals, where they will be joined by the two best third-place teams. The semifinals will be played on August 8, with the gold medal game taking place on August 11.
