WEB Bowman is the founder and former principal of the Cornerstone Academy for Social Action, a public middle school in Eastchester Bronx. Jamaal Bowman is a community leader and progressive in Congress fighting for teachers, students, and families. Bowman was born and raised in New York City, spending his early years in public housing and rent-controlled apartments.
